By using Ipsomap, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable — not to trap you.
The service
Ipsomap is a personal intelligence app that helps you track and understand your life across multiple domains. We provide a Free tier and a paid Premium tier. Features may change over time — we'll give reasonable notice for material changes.
Your account
You're responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must be 16 or older to use Ipsomap. One account per person — no reselling or sharing.
Your content
You own the content you create in Ipsomap. By storing it with us, you grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service (AI inference, backups, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data.
Acceptable use
Don't use Ipsomap to store illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service, circumvent usage limits, or impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments and cancellations
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — you retain access until the end of your billing period. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first charge if you are not satisfied.
Encrypted data
If you enable end-to-end encryption, we cannot recover your data if you lose your passphrase and recovery key. This is by design — we are technically incapable of accessing encrypted data. Make sure you store your recovery key safely.
Limitation of liability
Ipsomap is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
