By creating an account and using Ipsomap, you accept these Terms of Use in full. Please read them carefully.
The service
Ipsomap is a personal intelligence app that helps you track and understand your life across multiple domains (entertainment, social, music, food). We offer a Free tier and a paid Premium tier. Features may evolve — we will give reasonable advance notice of material changes.
Account creation and termination
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One account per person — no sharing or reselling. You may close your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of the content you create in Ipsomap. By storing it with us, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the service (AI analysis, backups, display). We make no claim of ownership over your data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Ipsomap to store or share illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service, circumvent usage limits, impersonate other users, or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws. We may suspend accounts in breach of these obligations without prior notice.
Payments and right of withdrawal
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — you retain access until the end of your billing period. Under French consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your first subscription payment, after which the service is considered fully rendered.
Limitation of liability
Ipsomap is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use. Material changes will be announced in the app and/or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
